Watermelon Rind Pie

Servings: 1 9inch pie
2 cups watermelon rind, peeled Boil 20 minutes
until tender
Drain Mix Pour in pie crust
add top crust
Bake at 350F
for 45-50 minutes
add foil on edges
after ~25 minutes
1 cup sugar Mix
2 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
