2 teaspoon vanilla
2 3/4 cup flour

2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Variations:
Add a tiny bit ginger in the cinnamon/sugar mixture (1/8 teaspoon per 1/4 cup)
