1/2 cup butter Melt over medium heat to 236F Remove heat Mix smooth Add Add all but 1 cup Place in pan
glob 1 cup reserve on top
swirl with knife
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 oz white chocolate chips
1.5 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon rootbeer extract
