Pineapple Empanadas

Servings: 2 dozen
1 cup butter, soft Mix Add Make 2 balls
chill 1-2 hours
Roll out into ~3inch rounds Fill
seal
Add egg wash
sprinkle on sanding sugar
Bake 375F
for 12 minutes
or till brown
6oz cream cheese, soft
2 cup flour
2 cups pineapple preserves Mix
cinnamon
1 egg Mix
1 tablespoon water
