Orange Meringue Pie

Servings: 1 9inch pie
3/4 cup sugar Mix Add Mix Cook at medium hight
heat untill thick
Remove heat Mix Pour in crust
cover and cool
1/3 cup corn startch
pinch salt
1 cup orange juice (4-5 oranges)
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
4 egg yolk
4 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoon orange zest
Meringue
4 egg whites Beat till foamy Add Mix to stiff peaks Place on pie
bake at 350F
for 15 minutes
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
