4 egg whites, room temp Froth Mix Beat to stiff peaks Mix Pipe onto tray Bake at 225F
for 60 minutes
Turn oven off
let cool in oven 60 minutes
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
