Servings:
4 oz semisweet chocolate Mix/melt
Boil ~3 minutes
till 220F
Remove heat Mix
6 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup light corn syrup
3 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
dash espresso powder (optional)
2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
