Servings: 8 Ramekin
1 quart heavey cream Heat medium-high till boiling Remove heat
cover 15 minutes
Add a little cream mixture Add rest of mixture Pour into ramekins Place ramekins in pan
with water half way up
Bake at 325F
for 45 minutes
1 vanilla bean, split/scraped
1/2 cup vanilla sugar Whisk
6 egg yolks
