4oz bakers chocolate Melt Add
Melt		 Mix till smooth Remove heat Mix
1 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon espresso powder
