Servings:
1.5 cup heavy whipping cream Whip in chilled bowl
till frother
Mix to soft peaks Mix to medium peaks Mix to stiff peaks
1/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted Mix
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 1/4 teaspoon gelatin (1 packet) Mix Bloom Microwave ~30 secconds
to melt
1/4 cup cold water
1/4 teaspoon of almond extract or vanilla or espresso powder
