Buckeye Bars

Servings: 9x13
1/2 cup butter, melted	Mix into dough	Place in 9x13 pan	Spread chocolate on top	Cover and let set
2.5 cup powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon shortening		Melt
1 bag semisweet chocolate chips
